Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from your account. When you cancel at the end of your billing period, you keep access for the time you’ve already paid for. Your saved course progress stays on your account.
This is a recurring $100 USD monthly course subscription, not a one-time purchase. Account holders must meet the age requirements in our Terms, and learners who need permission to purchase must involve a parent or guardian. Discord is optional and has its own age requirements. Lessons and course progress do not depend on joining Discord.
No. The course gives you a structured introduction and assignments to practice. It does not guarantee players, income, or a job. Progress depends on what you build, test, and improve.

Roversity is operated by Aberration Technologies. This notice describes information used to provide the course, payments, mentorship, assignment review, and optional Discord connection. Contact support@aberrationtechnologies.com for privacy questions and requests.
Accounts: your email, account identifier, chosen display name, email-verification and sign-in state, and records of agreement to the terms. Supabase handles password authentication. Roversity staff do not need your password to provide ordinary support; only enter it into the site's sign-in or authorized staff-unlock form.
Age and purchase eligibility: a broad age group and required permission or purchasing-adult acknowledgements help us determine which account and checkout functions may be offered. We do not request an exact birth date or identity document in the course signup flow. An underage selection prevents submission of the normal personal-information signup form and directs the visitor to account-free materials instead.
Learning: completed lessons and modules, XP and ranks, optional leaderboard choice, submitted screenshots, review status, reviewer comments, and relevant timestamps. Assignment evidence is private to the learner and authorized reviewers, rather than a public image gallery.
Mentorship: your question, availability, timezone, assigned mentor, proposed time, booking status, and meeting link. Provide only information needed for the educational question. Calls are not automatically recorded by this website. Any separately agreed recording must have its own clear consent and retention arrangements.
Payments: Stripe customer, checkout, invoice, charge, and subscription references; amounts, currency, payment and dispute state, paid-access dates, and the version and time of purchase acknowledgements. Stripe collects payment-method and billing information through its hosted pages. This website does not store full card numbers or CVCs. Test transactions are distinguished from live transactions.
Optional Discord connection: your Discord user identifier and display name, account-linking state, and role synchronization results. Discord's authorization permits identification and joining the Roversity server. Authorization codes and short-lived access tokens are used to complete that connection, not saved as part of the course profile. Account linking is optional; it is not required to read purchased lessons.
Security and diagnostics: necessary request, error, and service logs, timestamps, and rate-limit information. Providers can process IP addresses and device/request information for delivery and security. Do not include secret or sensitive information in page URLs, support messages, or screenshots.
Affiliate applications (added October 15, 2026): when you apply, we save your name, email, optional phone number, preferred contact method, social or community links, audience size, promotion plan, and contact-consent record in our existing Supabase database. Authorized administrators use this information to review your application and personally follow up using your selected method. Application details are not public. Applying does not enroll you in automated marketing or make you an accepted affiliate. Contact support to withdraw the application or request deletion, subject to legitimate legal and security retention needs.
We use the information to authenticate accounts, deliver purchased access, save progress, review assignments, schedule support, communicate essential account information, synchronize eligible Discord roles, prevent abuse, and resolve billing, safety, and privacy requests. Where an applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely as appropriate on performing the service agreement, complying with legal duties, proportionate legitimate interests such as security, or consent for optional features. A contract alone is not a substitute for legally required parental consent.
We do not use private assignment screenshots as advertising without separate permission. We use Vercel Web Analytics for traffic statistics and a separate Roversity aggregate pageview counter for the protected admin overview. Neither integration added by Roversity sets an analytics cookie or stores a persistent analytics identifier. They are not advertising trackers. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. A future change to these practices would require an updated notice and any legally required choices before the new use.
Supabase supplies authentication, the database, and private assignment storage. Vercel hosts the site and its server functions. Stripe processes payments, subscription management, receipts, fraud checks, and payment disputes. Resend, through the configured authentication email service, delivers transactional account messages. Authorized Roversity staff can access information necessary for their assigned support or review tasks.
If you opt into Discord, Discord receives information required for authorization and server membership and operates its service under its own privacy rules. A meeting provider may receive information when you open a mentorship meeting link. The named provider and relevant link are shown in the booking; joining that service is subject to its terms. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety, and to professional advisers under appropriate duties of confidentiality. In a business transfer, personal information would remain subject to applicable safeguards and notice obligations.
These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, lawful international-transfer safeguards must apply; location alone is not a promise that information never leaves a particular region. Each provider also has responsibilities described in its own privacy notice.
The leaderboard is off by default. If you enable it in My Account, other visitors can see your chosen display name, XP, and level. They do not receive your email, payment references, assignment screenshots, mentorship notes, or Discord identifier from that leaderboard. Turn participation off in My Account to stop appearing in future leaderboard responses. Copies already made by other people cannot necessarily be recalled.
Discord messages you choose to post are visible to the channel's audience. Do not post private information there. Public lesson illustrations are not images of your private assignment submissions.
Essential cookies support access tokens, session refresh, request verification, and the Discord authorization flow. A short-lived staff-unlock cookie protects administrative features. These are not advertising cookies. A stored theme preference lets you choose light, dark, or device-based display. The account-free first lesson can keep a local practice marker; that browser-only marker does not become verified leaderboard progress.
You can clear device storage and cookies through your browser, but doing so can sign you out and remove local preferences. Blocking essential cookies can prevent account and checkout functions. Clearing cookies does not cancel a paid subscription.
We retain information only for the service purpose and applicable legal, security, or accounting needs. Progress is normally retained with an account after cancellation so that the learner can return. Private evidence is retained for the assignment/review purpose and reasonable review or dispute handling, not as an unrestricted permanent marketing library. Support, operational, and security information follows the relevant purpose and provider retention controls. Backups can take additional time to expire after deletion from active systems.
Request deletion when you no longer want your account. We may need to retain limited transaction or consent records for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or an unresolved dispute; where required, we will explain the reason and relevant retention criterion. We do not promise instant deletion from payment-provider records or backups we cannot immediately purge.
You can edit your display name, disable the leaderboard, manage subscription renewal, and choose not to connect Discord. For account data access, correction, deletion, portability, a Discord-link change, or an objection/restriction/consent-withdrawal request where available, email support. We may reasonably verify your identity without asking you to send your password or full payment credentials. We handle requests within the period required by the applicable law. You may complain to the relevant data-protection or consumer authority.
Cancelling membership is separate from deleting an account. A deletion request includes resolving associated recurring billing so an unused account does not continue renewing. Withdrawing optional consent does not undo a lawful use already made, and essential transaction records may still need to be retained.
Account features are not offered to children under 13. Eligible teenagers who need permission must involve a parent or guardian. A guardian may supervise an eligible learner and contact support about that learner's information. If we learn that an under-13 child has supplied personal information without an applicable lawful consent process, we will restrict the account and address deletion or other legally required action. Contact support rather than sending additional child information in a public channel.
Discord has separate minimum-age requirements that may be higher in some countries. Do not connect it unless those requirements are met. These statements are not a claim that an age checkbox alone satisfies children's privacy law.
We publish a new effective date when this notice changes. Material changes to existing information uses will be communicated where required. We will not treat a notice update as permission for a new use that legally requires separate consent.
We measure visits to public course pages to understand which resources are useful. Vercel provides its own pageview and visitor statistics. Our separate Roversity counter stores only daily totals grouped by public page path, a broad device category, and a broad referring-site category. It does not store visitor profiles, raw IP addresses, email addresses, account IDs, screenshots, form contents, or URL query strings. The provider necessarily processes network information to deliver and protect requests; see Vercel’s analytics privacy information.
Account, authentication, password-reset, checkout, staff, and assignment-review routes are excluded from these optional traffic measurements. Roversity’s first-party totals are retained on a rolling 90-day basis. A short-lived keyed network hash is used separately to limit abusive submissions and is not linked to pageview records. Existing essential account-security cookies continue to secure the website; the pageview counter does not use them to identify visitors.
The protected admin overview also summarizes information already needed to operate the service, such as new accounts, live paid invoices, lesson completions, and pending reviews. Traffic counts and verified billing records are separate: a pageview is not evidence of a purchase.
You may turn off optional traffic measurement using the analytics preference below. The website also honors a supported Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track opt-out signal. Opting out does not prevent you from signing in, purchasing, learning, or submitting assignments. Your browser preference is stored locally only to remember that choice.
